Sinclair Pharmaceuticals Limited was originally founded in 1971 by Andrew Sinclair to focus on the sale and marketing of pharmaceutical products in the UK.

From then, it has constantly consolidated its presence & turnover in the five leading European markets & developed its global reach through solid partnerships.

Sinclair Pharma keeps growing through company & product acquisitions, full-exploitation of in-house technologies & in/out-licensing partnerships.

  • Sinclair Pharma acquired by new management team
  • Acquisition of Salix Pharma (Sweden) bringing SST for xerostomia
2001
  • Acquisition of ProPharma (Italy), bringing dermatology range including Atopiclair.
2002
  • Acquisition of Biosurface (Sweden), bringing Decapinol for gingivitis.
2003
  • IPO raised £8.9m
2005
  • Acquisition of Euroderm (Italy).
2006
  • Acquisition of CS Dermatologie, bringing dermatology range including Fazol, Tridésonit
2009
  • Company refinanced. New management team. Chris Spooner appointed as CEO
  • Acquisition of Flammazine & Flammacerium
  • Creation of Sinclair GmbH (Germany)
  • Acquisition of Sinclair Pharmaceutical España (Spain)

  • Atopiclair cream reimbursed in France
